Help make Dr. Mortis’ House of Horrors even scarier this year

The Grass Valley Host Lions Club is looking for help to throw Dr. Mortis’ House of Horrors this fall.

Last year, thousands of people came out to the largest haunted house in Nevada County at the Love Building in Condon Park, an event put on with the help of local business sponsors.

Actors from the Nevada Union High School Theater Society perform in the haunted house, and this year will have new props and scenes throughout.

Tax-deductible donations of goods, services, and money help the event raise funds for Nevada Union Drama and for the Grass Valley Host Lions Club for its work in the community.

Visit for more information, or call Chris Navo at (530) 272-0554 with questions, donation ideas or for group sales.
