California’s famous Fruit Tree Tour is hitting the road again this fall on a seasonal two-week tree-planting pilgrimage that will take the Common Vision crew and its all-volunteer army of modern-day Johnny Appleseeds to plant new school orchards in five Northern California cities.

The tour’s bio-fueled fleet and solar-powered stage will visit Richmond, Santa Cruz, Sacramento, Carmichael and Nevada City through Oct 4.

This week the tour will make performance and planting stops at Grass Valley Charter and Nevada City Charter School of the Arts.
