Fresh snow falls in time for holiday break

TRUCKEE – An early spring snowstorm this week left as many as 30 new inches of snow on some of the resorts in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area.

It’s just in time for the Easter weekend and a week beyond of school vacation. Temperatures are expected to be in the low 40s under cloudy skies, so bundle up and bring your powder skis.
