Firefighters respond to wrecks

A truck rolled over on Ridge Road Wednesday, but the occupants did not need medical attention.

Firefighters from multiple agencies responded to several vehicle accidents Wednesday.

On Old Tunnel Road near Brunswick Road, firefighters from Nevada City and Grass Valley, along with Sierra Nevada Medics, responded to a motorcycle accident.

Units arrived to find a single patient down in the roadway with minor injuries.



The patient was transported to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.

At Ridge Road and Donald Drive, firefighters from Grass Valley and Nevada County Consolidated, along with Sierra Nevada Medics, responded to a rollover accident. Units arrived at scene to find a single vehicle off the roadway after rolling over. Fire and EMS crews evaluated the occupants, who did not require transport.
