Empire Mine walk benefits cystic fibrosis

SNMH is sponsoring Cystic Fibrosis 5k (3.11 miles) Run/Walk at the Empire Mine Saturday, Sept. 29.

All proceeds to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Cystic fibrosis is a life- threatening genetic disease, which affects the lungs and digestive system. The money raised from this event will support vital science. The 30,000 children and adults with cystic fibrosis are counting on all of us. The event will be held rain or shine. The fall walk or run will be at Empire Mine.

Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. The run/walk begins at 9 a.m.

Entry fee: Run $20., walk $15.

Checks are to be made out to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and mailed to: SNMH Wellness Center, 155 Glasson Way, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
