Incorrect headline on letter

In a letter to the editor in The Union on Saturday, Nevada County Board of Realtors President Jake Covert said the board has not endorsed any county supervisor candidate, contrary to a statement in an interview in The Union with District 2 candidate Steve O’Rourke. The letter’s headline incorrectly said the interview had been with candidate Sue Horne.

Name misspelled

The “Meet Your Neighbor” feature on Page A2 of Monday’s The Union misspelled the name of the interview subject, Fred E. Hillerman.

Typographical error in letter

A letter to the editor in The Union on Jan. 15 by Eric Carlson of Nevada City contained a typographical error. One sentence should have read: “You’re a conservative Republican if . . . you believe lying about marital infidelity is wrong but lying about WMD is right.”

The Union regrets the error.
