Each individual holds beliefs, morals and personal values that will be expressed in the upcoming elections. We believe in many things, but we don’t all hold our beliefs the same way.

We are deeply divided but passionate about our country. However, we might keep in mind that we are also similar since we are all Americans.

We all want the best for our families, our community, the nation and ourselves. Each of us will decide what is best. Let’s hope that self-interest is in the interest of all.

I will vote ‘no’ where the emphasis for our well-being is on the pursuit of corporate money for its own sake, but I will vote ‘yes’ on jobs that support families with innovative clean energy.

I will vote ‘no’ on the pursuit of power over others through war, but ‘yes’ for the pursuit of personal power within.

I will vote ‘yes’ for clean air to breathe, clean oceans to swim and fish, and the humane treatment of animals. I will vote ‘yes’ for all fair and honest practices. I will vote ‘yes’ for all of us to grow and learn right along with our children.

I urge everyone to vote.
