BREAKING NEWS: Stop NH 2020, Izzy says

Martin, leading proponent of the county’s embattled resource protection program, wants the two-year program, which supervisors approved in May 2000, to be concluded in July.

“I want to stop, frankly,” Martin said Thursday morning from her Penn Valley home. “I think the community has had it.”

“I don’t want to spend any more money on it and I don’t want to tear the community in half any more,” Martin said.
