4-H Fun Fair Saturday in GV

The Nevada County 4-H Fun Fair will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, at the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley. The 4-H Fun Fair is a learning experience for 4-H exhibitors and their families to become acquainted with all that is involved in preparing exhibits, projects, and animals for the county fair. Fun Fair is also an opportunity for the public to see and experience what the Nevada County 4-H Program has to offer.

The 4-H Youth Development Program is a program of the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources. In 2013, the California 4-H Centennial marks the program’s 100 year history as an innovative, research-based youth development program.

For more information about the Nevada County 4-H Program, call Jill Simmons at 530-273-4563, or email jcsimmons@ucanr.edu.
