3 arrested during probation search
A probation search on Ridge Road ended with three people in Nevada County jail after sheriff’s deputies allegedly found drugs and stolen property at the residence.
Deputies were at the residence of Teresa Suzanne Fleschute, 31, in the 13000 block of Ridge Road late Monday to conduct a probation check, said Sheriff Keith Royal. After about 10 minutes, Fleschute came to the door with a man identified as Michael Allen Heller, 19.
Heller allegedly also was on probation and subject to search and seizure terms, Royal said. Deputies allegedly found a glass pipe and a small plastic bag of a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine in his vehicle.
Deputies found two other adults in a bedroom, and a 14-month-old boy strapped into a carseat on a sofa, who was identified as Fleschute’s son.
Johnny Gallion was cited and released on an out-of-county warrant.
Danielle Christine Marshman, 29, was on probation from Sacramento County with search and seizure terms, Royal said. She allegedly had several hypodermic needles in her purse, one of which contained a substance that tested positive for meth, Royal said.
Marshman also had a driver’s license in her purse that had been reported stolen March 25 in Nevada City, Royal said. A search revealed another driver’s license and a Social Security card, found under the mattress in the bedroom, which had been reported stolen March 29. Officers also found several items in the living room that matched the description of stolen items, Royal said.
Deputies also found four small plastic bags with suspected meth, several containers of marijuana, scales and other drug paraphernalia in the house, Royal said.
Fleschute was arrested and booked into county jail on suspicion of child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance for sale, violating probation, receiving stolen property and possessing drug paraphernalia. She also was cited for possessing marijuana.
