Vivian is survived by her children Scott (Linda) Mitchell, Gale (Deb) Mitchell, Joanie Graham and Eric (Shannon) Decker; sister, Norma McKenzie; grandchildren Christine, Rene, Courtney, Shealyn, Devon, Brooke, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless, loving friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John O’lague; sister-in-law, Mary O’lague, and the love of her life, Bob France.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Humane Society or Disabled American Veterans.
