Lilyan Kleinberg

Private family services for Lilyan Kleinberg of Grass Valley will be conducted in San Francisco at a later date.

Mrs. Kleinberg died Saturday, Oct. 26, in Grass Valley. She was 85.



She was born Jan. 12, 1917, in Ohio, where she was raised and attended school. She married Moe Kleinberg in 1941.

She was a homemaker. She enjoyed dancing, hiking, swimming and bowling.




She is survived by her daughters Barbara Barr of Grass Valley and Ilene Pointdexter of Trinidad, Calif.; sons David Kleinberg of San Francisco and Dennis Kleinberg of Sidney, Australia; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Neptune Society of Grass Valley.
