Let Me Be The One

When the time is right and our hearts unite

and we dream about each other all through the night

When we know it’s real and our thoughts reveal

that we want to be together ’cause it’s how we feel

When our thoughts and prayers and all of our cares

are only for each other and we are aware

That life is sweet and it can’t be beat

then we know that we are in love.

When we float around with our feet off the ground

and our hearts beat for each other and true joy is found

When each day is great and we just can’t wait

to be with one another so we can celebrate

When time stands still and life becomes a thrill

can’t take our eyes off of each other there are vows to fulfill

We exchange our vows as we are married now

and we know that we are in love.

Let me be the one you are searching for

let me be the one that you need.

‘Cause you are the one I am longing for

so let’s find out where this will lead.

Let me be the one you are searching for

let me be the one that you need.

‘Cause you are the one I’ve been longing for

and you are the one that I need.
