Less heat, time, offered to beginners with Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga Grass Valley/Nevada City has added the addition of an “Introductory Bikram” class.

This new class is one hour long and is held in a warm, but not a hot room. It is perfect if you are a beginner, do not want intense heat, are healing from injuries, or are just limited in time. All ages are welcome, including students under the age of 18 as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their first three classes.

“Introductory Bikram” will start on June 6 and classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. People should arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of their first class in order to register.

New students pay $10 for a 10-day pass and also receive 20 percent off their first purchase of a class card. After the 10 day introductory period, students attending five classes within 30 days will get one class free.

Bikram Yoga Grass Valley/Nevada City is located at 900 Golden Gate Terrace, Suite D in Grass Valley. For more information, please call Bikram Yoga at 530-273-2030 or visit their Web site at http://www.bikramyogagvnc.com.
