Larhue Nuner

Services for Larhue Nuner of Greenwood will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at the House of Prayer in Garden Valley.

Mr. Nuner died Saturday, July 10, at home . He was 75.

He was born Sept. 2, 1928, in Aida, Okla. He moved to California as a young child with his family to pick crops. He married Shirley Mayberry on July 25, 1952, in Visalia. He worked in the roofing industry more than 30 years, settling in Roseville in 1961 before retiring to his home in Greenwood in 1987.



He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley Nuner; children Richard Nuner of Sacramento, Stephen Nuner of Rough and Ready, Deborah Upton of Ellicot, Colo., Carolyn Upton of Greenwood and Troy Nuner of Applegate; grandchildren Leah, Gregory, Stacy, Alyson, Brandon, Joshua Jr. and Brianna; three great-grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters.
