Kudos to the Appraisers, A.A.U.W. members, and a supportive community!

On Saturday, April 19, the Nevada County Branch of University Women held its eighth annual Appraisal Faire at the Banner Grange. 15 appraisers volunteered their time and expertise to make this event a financial and community success. Among the local appraisers were: John Wibberly, Albert Krebs, Ken Wallace, Syd Bottomley, Carol and Herb Giese, Bob Butterfield, Beryl Robinson, Flo Ward, Nicole Dillard, Grace Lundeen Knowles, and Brian Manifor. Elizabeth and Ken Moore from the San Francisco bay area and Erin Hamilton from Paradise also were on hand to help with the appraisals.

Proceeds raised by this event provide graduate fellowships on a national level and scholarships to local women and girls.

Thanks to all for a job well done.
