Kudos to postal workers for part in food drive

The Food Bank of Nevada County extends our sincere appreciation to postal workers from Cedar Ridge, Nevada City, Grass Valley, Rough and Ready, and Penn Valley, who worked so hard to make the recent food drive a success.

We also wish to thank our most generous community; you provided us with almost 22,000 pounds of non-perishables, our greatest poundage to date.

Finally, a big hug to all our volunteers, who spent hours collecting in our behalf. We are most proud to live in a county where so many give so much.
