Kevin Maguire

Memorial services for Kevin Maguire will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at Calvary Chapel in Auburn.

Mr. Maguire died Friday, Feb. 22, in Foresthill. He was 48.



He was born June 19, 1953, in Oakland. Mr. Maguire was the founder of Maguire and Sons Construction Co. He was president of the Foresthill Rod and Gun Club, a hunter safety instructor for the state of California, and an active member of the National Rifle Association.




Mr. Maguire is survived by his wife of 20 years, Jeanie Maguire of Auburn; sons Kevin and Donald Maguire of Auburn; parents, William and Iva Maguire of Grass Valley; sisters Cathleen Maguire of Reno and Sharon Braun of Midway, Utah; brothers William Maguire of Auburn and Darin Maguire of Roseville; and numerous other family members.

Memorial contributions may be made to his children and family at Union Bank of California in Auburn in care of Jayne Snegosky.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Angels.
