Kathryn Christensen

Kathryn Elizabeth Christensen of Red Bluff, a former resident of Nevada City, died Saturday, Dec. 29, at a Red Bluff hospital. She was 93.

Mrs. Christensen was born Oct. 10, 1908, in Sidney, Neb.

She was homemaker who enjoyed sewing, baking, gardening and visiting with her family. She was a member of the Grange at Nevada City.

Mrs. Christensen is survived by her son, Jim Christensen of Red Bluff; daughters Kay Poole of Kansas and Germaine Tuff of Texas; and brother, Dan Hiett of Colorado.

Her husband of 67 years, H.R. Christensen, preceded her in death.

Hoyt-Cole Chapel of the Flowers in Red Bluff is in charge of arrangements.
