Karleen Ahlin

A gathering for Karleen L. Ahlin of Nevada City will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of Lee and Shari Roberts.

Mrs. Ahlin died Wednesday, July 14, at home. She was 91.

She was born Oct. 3, 1912, in Vermont, to Allrius and Anna Nault. She married Niles “Aggie” Ahlin in Glendale. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed painting.

She is survived by her grandson Dan and Vicki Roberts of Cedar Ridge; granddaughter, Laurie Roberts of Fairbanks, Alaska; son-in-law, Lee and Shari Roberts of Nevada City; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Niles Ahlin; and daughter, Donna K. Roberts.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Foothills, 12399 Nevada City Highway, Grass Valley 95945.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Neptune Society of Northern California, Grass Valley Branch.
