Job well done

My congratulations to the governor of California, the state agencies and local governments that responded so effectively and expediently to the Southern California burning disaster. They didn’t wait for federal intervention and even set up the stadium to take in 12,000 displaced homeowners. What was heart warming was to see the personal responsibility of those being housed in the stadium, controlling the waste/litter situation by volunteering to bag and confine it rather than spewing it all over the place.

Everything looked so organized, and homeowners were appreciative of the agencies’ efforts and not complaining. What a difference from the Louisiana Katrina situation. Doesn’t it make you wonder?
