Jacob Knoke

A celebration of life for Jacob Dwayne Knoke of Grass Valley will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Seaman’s Lodge, Pioneer Park in Nevada City.

Mr. Knoke died Sunday, Sept. 12, in Grass Valley. He was 25.

He was born on Jan. 8, 1979, in Los Gatos. He attended local schools in Grass Valley and Nevada City. He enjoyed fishing, swimming, outdoor activities, and his friends.

He is survived by his mother, Wanda Bell of Grass Valley; father, Frank Knoke of Reno, Nev.; mom, Paz Knoke of Reno, Nev.; sisters Erika E. Reza of Truckee, Jessika S. Prieto of Reno, Nev., and Jennifer Calderon of San Jose; grandparents William and Clara Bell of Seymour, Iowa; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Knoke Family, 60 Goshawk Court, Reno, Nev. 89523.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary.
