Irving Karbowski

Private graveside services will be conducted for Irving Karbowski of Auburn Saturday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Chicago Park.

Mr. Karbowski died Thursday, Dec. 5, in Auburn. He was 85.

He was born Aug. 18, 1917, in Babcock, Wis., to Victor Karbowski and Helen Seebruck. He married Mildred Nov. 28, 1935, in Babcock, Wis. He was a retired pipe fitter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and shuffleboard.



He is survived by his wife, Mildred Karbowski, of Auburn; sons and daughters-in-law Bob and Marilyn Karbowski of Grass Valley and Richard and Sharon Karbowski of Oakley; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three daughters.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Angels.
