I am the flasher on the road

I swear, I can count two out of nine cars driving along on these wet, rainy, windy days on our local highways and byways with no lights on!

Isn’t there a law somewhere, that for safety’s sake vehicles should have lights on in dim, rainy weather? When wipers are going?

It bothers me. They must not care or understand the importance. Oh, no, these modern vehicles do not realize the danger.

So, I flash them with my lights. Makes no difference. They don’t respond in spite.

So, I’m just flashing and venting, that’s all.

Then, there’s those who do not use their turn signal when they are turning, but that is another story!
