Hospital offers medical decision making class

Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital’s Wellness Center is sponsoring a free course entitled “Medical Decisions When They Count Most,” for anyone facing choices for themselves or a family member.

The free class will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the hospital’s Outpatient Center Conference Room 130.

The class will cover ideas for talking with family members about medical issues, information on advance directives, and considerations when choosing a family spokesperson.

For more information or to register, call the center at 274-6124.
