Honest folks

At the last stop on our vacation to California, we visited Nevada City, July 11, 2007. We enjoyed our visit to the Empire Mine State Park and your charming, hospitable town. Upon returning to the Sacramento International Airport, I discovered that I had left my digital camera. Needless to say, it was a big disappointment to lose the camera and so many memories of our trip.

When we returned to Georgia, I contacted the Police Department. I was excited to find that someone had found my camera and turned it in to the police. It arrived at my home two days after I spoke with them. I wish to thank the gentleman who found the camera and turned it in and the Nevada City Police Department and particularly Sgt. Gage, for their helpfulness in returning it to me. Indeed, Georgia doesn’t hold a monopoly on “Southern hospitality!”
