Hoefler’s college can’t provide certification

This is in regards to Mr. Eric Hoefler’s claim that a Chapman College dean would provide certification. The only entity that can do that legally is the California Commission of Teacher Credentialing.

I believe, as one who has obtained a variety of credentials including an administrative credential, Mr. Hoefler is blowing smoke.
