Help prevent suicide with "safe talk"

The public is invited to attend a “safe talk” class, coordinated by the Suicide Task Force of Nevada County.

With this class, the community will have an opportunity to learn how to identify and talk to people with suicidal ideations and what steps to take to become a peer counselor.

The class will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. April 25 at the Nevada County Superintendent of School’s Office, 112 Nevada City Highway, Nevada City.
