Grass Valley Planning Commission meets tonight

The Grass Valley Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. tonight in the City Council chambers at 125 East Main St.

The following items are on the agenda:

– Review and possible extension of planning application for the Hospitality House Welcome Center, 230 South Church St. to determine if its in compliance with previously adopted City Council conditions.



– Review of a fence permit for Doug Bigley’s wrecking yard south of Idaho-Maryland Road, east of Centennial Drive and north of Whispering Pines Lane.

– Review Tim DeMartini’s application for a 388-square-foot sales office at 361 Idaho-Maryland Road.




– Review of Reginald and Betty King’s plan to construct a 2,560-square-foot building with 2,260 square feet of warehouse space and 300 square feet of office space at 950 Idaho Maryland Road.
