Get organized after hearing speaker

Remember the Franklin Planner? Well, just in time for spring cleaning, another Franklin – Liz of Granite Bay – presents her plan in the book, “How to Get Organized Without Resorting to Arson” tonight at 7 at Odyssey Books, 11989 Sutton Way, Grass Valley.

The daughter of a rocket scientist and a Virgo, as well as a self-proclaimed “cubicle anthropologist,” Franklin can’t help but be a natural organizer, and a funny one at that.

Some of her insights: “We access our stuff either visually, spatially or chronologically and must organize accordingly.” “Paper will go to the first hand-high surface” (for all you paper savers). And she offers the best of promises: If a custom system that works for your personality is devised, you won’t revert. What a relief.

There is no charge, and refreshments will be served. Call 477-2856 for more information.
