Services for Garnet Lee Ellingson of Grass Valley will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at the Abundant Life Church, 10795 Alta St. in Grass Valley. A reception will follow.

Ms. Ellingson died Saturday, Feb. 7, in Grass Valley. She was 49.

She was born Jan. 30, 1955, in Auburn, to Ernest and Utona Ellingson. She received an A.A. in Early Childhood Education from Sacramento City College.

She is survived by her sister, Leona Allen, of South Lake Tahoe; aunt Gaytrell Mitchell of Auburn; cousin Roelle Mitchell of Pomona; and second cousin Mitchell Curry of Pomona.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
