Gangsters featured in murder-mystery night

During the next two Tuesdays at Kirby’s Creekside, “The Search for Tetramon” will recreate a Depression-era speakeasy when gangsters and Prohibition were in the daily news.

The murder-mystery nights include a 6 p.m. champagne reception when the cast of characters is introduced and one of the characters meets an unexpected demise. The action continues with a multicourse dinner, entertainment and the sleuthing talents of the audience to discover the culprit.

Legacy Productions presents the murder-mystery nights in association with the Historic Inns of Grass Valley & Nevada City. Admission for an overnight package is $229 per couple, which includes overnight accommodations at a local bed-and-breakfast inn, reception, dinner and show. Excluding lodging, admission is $99 per couple for the reception, dinner and show.
