‘Free The Heart’ workshop begins Friday

A popular workshop on unconditional love in action returns to the Sierra Center for Positive Living for its fourth year.

Designed to liberate, heal and open the heart to love again, the three-day workshop, which begins Friday, is presented by motivational speaker David A. Jones, who has been published in “Chicken Soup for the Christian Woman’s Soul,” by Jack Canfield and Mark Hansen. Since graduating from Ernest Holmes College in Los Angeles, Jones has taught life skills to prisoners, youth and adults throughout North America, saying his commitment is to change lives.

The goal of this workshop, organizers say, is to uproot nonsupportive core beliefs and replace them with unconditional love. It is said that even people’s marriages have been saved when they learned how to forgive.

Jones also speaks at the Sierra Center for Positive Living’s Sunday service.
