Fredrickson accepts Grass Valley Superintendent post

Union Hill School District Superintendent Eric Fredrickson has agreed to become the next superintendent of the Grass Valley School District.

Fredrickson will replace current Grass Valley Superintendent Jon Byerrum, who is set to retire at years end after more than 20 years working for the K-8 district.

Nevada County Superintendent Holly Hermansen said Thursday morning the Union Hill board would review its options before beginning a search for Fredrickson’s replacement.
