FLC hosts Woodside Priory in NorCals

Fresh off winning the Division V Sac-Joaquin Section title, the Forest Lake Christian boys basketball team will host Woodside Priory 7 p.m. Tuesday in the first round of the Northern California bracket of the state championship tournament.

Woodside Priory (24-5) represents the Private School League out of the Central Coast Section in Portola Valley. The Panthers were runnerups in the CCS title game, losing to Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton) 45-44.

The Falcons (22-9) represent the fourth seed in the bracket, after beating Brookside Christian 77-58 for the Sac-Joaquin section title Friday.

Brookside Christian (21-4) will play Liberty Christian as the No. 7 seed in the bracket.

Defending state champions Branson (28-3) is the No. 1 seed representing the North Coast Section.
