The second of two performances of “Dracula” by Bitney Springs High School’s advanced drama class students will be tonight at the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley.

The Bitney Springs adaptation is a compilation of a script by Crane Johnson, the vampire novel written by Bram Stoker in 1897, and ideas from the drama students.

Seniors in “Dracula” are Chris Bacon in the title role, Vanessa Smith as Lucy and Jennifer Kinyon as Abigail. Juniors are Mark Kewman as Dr. Seward, Marion Glamorgan as Professor Van Helsing, Jessica Anderson as Mrs. Harker and Carl Hansen as Renfield.

Doors open at 7 p.m.; showtime is 7:30 p.m.

The Center for the Arts is at 314 W. Main St.

Admission is $5 for students and $10 for adults. Due to scary content, this play is not recommended for young children.

Call the school at 477-1235 for more details.
