Ferdinand Baubel

Ferdinand C. Baubel, 92, of Grass Valley died Sunday, Feb. 5, at Golden Empire Convalescent Hospital in Grass Valley.

In accordance with his wishes there will be no services.

Mr. Baubel was born Aug. 26, 1913, in San Francisco. He graduated from Polytechnic High School, San Francisco in 1930. He received a BA from Healds Engineering College in 1933. He married Marjorie in June 1941, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was an electrical engineer with IBM for over 37 years. He was a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He enjoyed home improvements and electronic gadgets.



He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Baubel of Grass Valley; and sons James Baubel of Grass Valley, and Christopher Baubel of Petaluma.
