Visitation for family and friends of Ethel Anna Wagner of Auburn will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Nevada City chapel of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary. Services will follow there at 2 p.m. Saturday. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Santa Rosa Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Wagner died Sunday, March 31, in Auburn. She was 86.

She was born Oct. 31, 1915, in Chicago to Carl and Anna Einhaus. She married Nicolas Harry Wagner in 1931 in Chicago.

She was a home decorator for many years. She was the first woman to be a member of the Furniture Guild.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathyleen and George Routier; daughter Marilyn de la Pena; son and daughter-in-law, Harry Robert Wagner and Tania Welch; sister and brother-in-law, Charlotte and Hershel Green; sister Marjorie Delenekos; grandchildren Robert Roland, Janet Baudette, Lynette Shears, Renee Contreras, Gregory and Ray de la Pena, Cheryl Dodd, and Mitcheal, Mark and Stephen Wagner; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicolas Harry Wagner; son-in-law Ramon de la Pena; and grandson Matthew Wagner.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary.
