Ernest Cser

Ernest Julius Cser died March 2 in Grass Valley. He was 92.

No services will be held at this time.

Mr. Cser was born Feb. 25, 1916, in Buffalo, N.Y., to Julius Cser and Mary Szente. He attended the University of Southern California and the University of Southern California Dental School. He served in the U.S. Army Corp as a captain and a dental officer in World War II.



He married Margaret Gerald Cser.

Mr. Cser retired from a private practice dentist office in Los Angeles. He was a member of American Legion Post 130, Elks, Lions and Welcome Wagon and enjoyed jewelry making, salt water fishing and gardening.




Mr. Cser is survived by his son, Dennis Cser of Kenniwick, Wash.; daughters Janet Hessel of Penn Valley and Nancy Drummond of Boise, Idaho; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Margaret Cser.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Angels Mortuary in Grass Valley.
