Pizza and politics: CalMatters, Yuba Net host discussion on propositions

In efforts to help educate folks about the propositions on California’s mid-term election ballot, CalMatters, with the help of YubaNet and the Miners Foundry, hosted a Pizza and Politics event Wednesday evening for interested members of the community. About 80 folks signed up for the event and 30 pizzas from Miner Moes and Three Forks were provided.

Attendees of the event were encouraged to eat pizza and talk amongst themselves for the first part of the evening before listening to words from event organizers.
