Library schedules art and history of Osborn Woods
Artists’ work celebrated at library
Stop in and enjoy the eclectic and colorful art of local artists: Osborn Woods on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Doris Foley Library for Historical Research.
It all began in 1957, when David Osborn and Charles Woods moved to Nevada City. Enjoy their playful, colorful art pieces while learning about the numerous contributions and passions they had for enriching Nevada City history.
The exhibit will be available to the public until June 15 when the library will celebrate with a teddy bear raffle and a special family day with art activity.
