Dorothy Teague

Memorial services for Dorothy Joan Adams Teague of Grass Valley will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Grass Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, 12889 Osborne Hill Road in Grass Valley.

Mrs. Teague died Wednesday, July 28, in Grass Valley. She was 71.

She was born Oct. 12, 1932, in Livingston, N.J., to Carl and Hazel May (Ryan) Adams. She married Anthony Zangara on Oct. 13, 1951, in Pasadena and Dick Teague on Nov. 9, 1973, in Lake Tahoe. She was a homemaker.



She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Susan Zangara and Paul Grace of Nevada and Cecelia and Rick Davidson of Idaho; sons and daughters-in-law Alfredo and Renee Zangara of Oregon and William and Trish Zangara of California; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Francis Zangara of Grass Valley; sister-in-law, Alice Gressler of Sacramento; nine grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel May Ryan, in January 2004; brother, Robert E. Adams, in April 1999; nephew, Daniel J. Zangara, in January 1992; and husbands Anthony Zangara and Dick Teague.




Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary.
