Donations to Food Bank

Sensei Steve Baker and Sensei Frank Bloksberg

Aikido’Ka wishes to thank Nevada County residents for the nearly $2,500 and more than 1,700 cans and bags of food collected at the bottom of Broad Street in Nevada City recently. Nevada County residents can certainly come together when emergencies arise within our county.

Thank you, also, to Sunny of the Food Bank, KVMR, KNCO, The Union, the merchants in Nevada City, the City Council, the police department and members of Aikido’Ka who committed to stand in the streets of Nevada City.

Aikido’Ka is a martial arts dojo with a purpose: Building a community, one relationship at a time.
