Donate Potter to the Library

I just placed a hold on “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” at the Nevada County Library. Shelling out the 30 odd dollars the book costs seemed simply unconscionable.

Every copy the library owns is checked out, and there is no dearth of holds. I am personally the 103rd person in line for Harry’s newest adventure. There are, however, probably thousands of copies sitting on people’s shelves that have been collecting dust since sometime Monday evening. So I say, channel the generous spirit of old Harry and donate your read copy to the library!

Should you ever have a hankering to re-read Harry’s travails, you will know there is a copy waiting for you at your local library. Hoorah for libraries and generous donators.
