Debra Barbusca

Debra Barbusca, 41, of Grass Valley died peacefully in her sleep at home on Saturday, Oct. 14, from complications of cancer. Debra was born June 15, 1965, in Sacramento.

A memorial service will be held Nov. 4, at Recreation Park in Auburn, at 11 a.m. Those attending are asked to bring a dish to share. Debras’ family are indebted to our Hospice of the Foothills for the considerable love and caring offered by their staff, especially nurse Lynn Crawford, case manager.

Debra enjoyed camping, craft work, gardening and spending time with family and close friends.



Mrs. Barbusca is survived by her two loving daughters Alana and Sarah; mother, Lorene Hyman and stepfather Morris Hyman; brothers Tom Demes, Greg Demes, and Wade Demes. She was preceded in death by her brother, Chris Demes.
