Darlene Mace

Celebrations of life for Darlene Mary Mace of Pahrump, Nev., were conducted at VFW Post No. 10054 in Pahrump and Lemore.

Mrs. Mace died Thursday, Sept. 19, in Pahrump. She was 63.

She was born April 12, 1939, in Princeton, Minn. She was raised in Grass Valley and graduated from Grass Valley High School. She had lived in Pahrump since 1989.



She was a homemaker. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Fleet Reserve Auxiliary. She enjoyed crafts, antiques, dancing, singing and traveling.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert “Mick” Mace of Pahrump; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Elizabeth Mace of Katy, Texas; daughter, Tracy Mace of Lemore; brothers Dennis Deglmann of Spring Mountain, Nev., and Stephen Dunphy of Wasilla, Alaska; sister, Gloria Caldwell of Lemore; and grandson Robert Clayton Mace.




Arrangements were under the direction of the Desert Pines Funeral Home in Pahrump.
