Police Blotter: Female subject maces someone, screams at toddler

Friday

7:54 a.m. — A male subject was sighted behind the post office on the 100 block of East Main street, possibly vomiting over a rail.



2:48 p.m. — GVPD officers contacted a male unit carrying an infant on a bicycle in the vicinity of Bennett Street and Ophir Street.

2:51 p.m. — A reporting party came in to the police department lobby to talk about a complaint against the GVPD.




3:26 p.m. — A driver in the vicinity of Celesta Drive and Doris Drive reported having her vehicle egged on the way home.

4:10 p.m. — A caller on the 300 block of Second Street reported sighting a subject with a local warrant.

4:31 p.m. — A caller on the 100 block of Park Avenue reported a vehicle’s horn had been honking for half an hour.

5:48 p.m. — A caller on the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a female subject, suspected of being high on heroin after spending 30 minutes in the bathroom.

5:50 p.m. — A caller on the 100 block of Clydesdale Court reported exchanging information with another driver after a collision, but later found that the insurance company was unable to match the information received to the other driver.

10:44 p.m. — A couple on the 100 block of Mill Street requested a police escort to their vehicle after receiving threats.

11:44 p.m. — A caller on the 100 block of Neal Street reported that a juvenile got a male subject to buy him alcohol.

Saturday

8 a.m. – A suspicious male subject was reported wandering through a store on the 800 block of Sutton Way wearing pajamas.

10:36 a.m. ­— A caller on the 100 block of West Berryhill Drive reported a female subject running around with knives and screwdrivers, spraying mace and screaming at a 2 year old.

12:15 p.m. — A non-responsive male subject was reported laying in the woods near the 100 block of Mohawk street.

3:41 p.m. — A church on the 600 block of Whiting Street reported that a prowler was in the back, near a storage shed, “rummaging through the church’s things”.

7:47 p.m. — A nursing and rehabilitation center on the 100 block of Dorsey Drive reported a male subject in the facility, causing a disturbance and stealing food.

Sunday

6:53 a.m. — A caller on the 100 block of Glasson way reported that a patient fled the hospital while there for a mental health evaluation. The subject was last seen wearing a hospital gown and a blanket.

Friday

7:23 a.m. — A case of vandalism was reported on the 16000 block of Scott Way. A deer may or may not have been involved.

10:30 p.m. — A school on the 13000 block of Bitney Springs Road reported that a male subject may have said inappropriate things to juveniles during an assembly.

11:33 p.m. — A caller on the 10000 block of Gold Hill Drive reported the theft of $100 and a Kindle from the reporting party’s bedroom at a co-living facility.

12:16 p.m. — A 911 caller on the 11000 block of Bluebird Court reported that the microwave would not turn off.

12:26 p.m. — A caller at the transfer station on Wolf Mountain Road reported that live ammunition had been dumped in the main pit. The area was roped off.

3:04 p.m. — A burglary was reported on the 12000 block of Pinewoods Road.

3:42 p.m. — A caller in the vicinity of Highway 49 and Clivus Drive reported hearing gunshots close to the highway.

7:19 p.m. — A male subject fled into a wooded area after a vehicle accident near Old Tunnel Road and Town Talk Road.

Saturday

5:53 a.m. — Two loose horses were reported running in the roadway near Dog Bar Road and Morning Sun Lane.

7:47 a.m. — A vandalism case was reported on the 18000 block of Hummingbird Drive.

9:58 a.m. — A caller on the 10000 block of Canyon Creek Lane reported the theft of an antique license plate after finding garage door open.

11:07 p.m. — A caller on the 29000 block of Excelsior Point Road reported dirt bikers trespassing on his property.

11:13 p.m. — A vehicle rollover was reported near Pleasant Valley Road and Birchville Road.

1:30 p.m. — A vandalism case was reported on the 13000 block of Sontag Hill Road.

4:04 p.m. — A caller in the vicinity of McCourtney Road and Paddock Lane reported two horses in the roadway, with someone trying to stop traffic and contain them.

4:57 p.m. — A log splitter was reported stolen from an address on the 10000 block of Lombardi Road.

6:36 p.m. — A male subject in the vicinity of Brunswick Road and Loma Rica Drive reportedly tried to punch a car that nearly struck him.

8:53 p.m. — A caller on the 11000 block of Sunset Hills Court reported that her boyfriend “lost it” after an altercation, tearing up her belongings, setting some of her clothes on fire and breaking her windshield.

Sunday

1:16 a.m. — A caller on the 26000 block of Highway 49 reported that 10 people were refusing to leave the bar, and they broke a window on the way out.

5:25 a.m. — Calfire reported a walk-in stab wound at Fire Station 20.

10:23 a.m. — A caller on the 12000 block of Highway 49 reported having his nose broken in an assault that occurred earlier that morning.

10:48 a.m. — A caller on the 13000 block of Dog Bar Road reported trespassers had been on his property earlier that morning, saying he had video footage as evidence.
