Nevada County police blotter: Texter reported for wanting to kill beer

12:46 a.m. — A man from the 500 block of South Auburn Street reported people were trying to his front door and then his window. The suspect then left in a vehicle.
5:15 a.m. — A caller from Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital reported a man in the ER who was “altered” and causing a disturbance; he had a puncture wound. He was asked to leave the property.
7:01 a.m. — A caller from Whiting and South Auburn streets reported a cow hanging out of a big rig “by his legs” in a parking lot. No cow was located.
11:16 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Bennett Street reported letting a woman stay in the residence, who then tole items.
2:01 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Conaway Avenue reported a juvenile had run away from a treatment center; the juvenile was returned.
2:28 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Cypress Hill Drive reported a vehicle burglary with numerous items taken.
3:40 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West Empire Street reported a man came into a store and offered the caller drugs.
5:43 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 100 block of West Main Street reported a drunken man asleep on a bench in front; he was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.
7:22 p.m. — A caller from the 1200 block of East Main Street reported a woman had been going through a vehicle and now was screaming inside a business. The woman was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a vehicle and possessing a controlled substance.
9:15 p.m. — A caller from Harper and Washington streets reported a firecracker going off.
9:50 p.m. — A caller from the 900 block of West Main Street reported the theft of gas from vehicle in a parking lot; a person was cited.

2:32 p.m. — A caller from Buck Mountain Road reported vandalism to a vehicle.
2:55 p.m. — A woman from Lady Bug Lane reported pitbulls attacked a girl.
3:22 p.m. — A caller from Sunnyside Lane reported dogs tried to attack her dogs.
4:42 p.m. — A caller from Bowman Lake Road reported a 4-year-old boy was missing; the boy was found asleep behind a couch.
11 p.m. — A caller from Brunswick Drive reported a loud party with 20 to 30 people and cars honking; the caller then reported a large physical fight with women screaming and car doors slamming. The party was dispersed and a responsible parent was on site.
9:53 a.m. — A caller from Magnolia Road reported a physical fight with a woman trashing the place. A woman was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
10:26 a.m. — A woman from Relief Hill Road reported a door was kicked in to a trailer.
12:36 p.m. — A caller from Connie Drive reported receiving a text from an unknown person, a photo of a person with an assault rifle and a text reading “I’m in the killin’ mode.” The person was found to have been talking about beer.
12:42 p.m. — A caller from Faraday Court reported the theft of a riding lawnmower, hand tools, a battery charger, a 50-foot extension cord, a Craftsman trailer and a motorized lawnmower.
1 p.m. — A man from Kardale Court reported two pit bulls came over, grabbed a chicken and chased his child.
1:07 p.m. — A man from Highway 49 and Oak Tree Road reported a man known as Monster John just came up to him and started punching him before leaving with a woman who was instigating the incident. A report was taken.
2:53 p.m. — A caller from Malcolm Place reported a person shooting an unregistered AR-15 in the driveway.
3:44 p.m. — A caller from Oro Valley Road reported having been scammed twice.
4:36 p.m. — A caller reported a person making rape threats via Instagram.

11:03 a.m. — A woman from the 500 block of Searls Avenue reported a head injury after hitting the hood of her vehicle.
6:05 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Zion Street reported a “bad fight” in the parking lot; nothing was located.
2:22 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Commercial Street reported a fall with a head injury.
1:52 p.m. — A man from the 400 block of Railroad Avenue reported seeing two men holding two other men at gunpoint, then saw the suspects put a bunch of items into a vehicle and peel out. No one was located during an area check.
3:26 p.m. — A caller from Broad and Nevada streets reported a physical fight with a woman threatening to jump off the bridge.
4:12 p.m. — A woman on Main Street reported she left her car somewhere on Coyote Street and has walked so much she cannot walk anymore.
4:32 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Commercial Street reported a man taking photos of children; he could not be located.
6:14 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Main Street reported six juveniles throwing sticks at people; they could not be located.
9:47 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Broad Street reported a drunken driver who drove over a curb and stumbled around, who also was listening to Metallica loudly. He could not be located.
