Nevada County Police Blotter: Cyclist runs into vehicle, driver buys rider lunch

9:42 a.m. — A caller from the 1200 block of Sutton Way reported loaning his debit card and PIN to a transient now in Berkeley. He charged over $1,000 to the debit card. He was advised to bring transaction history and statement in for a report.
11:39 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a woman took an armful of kids clothes and other items.
12:19 p.m. — A caller from Sutton Way reported a group of six to seven campers occupying a bus shelter. The people had been asked to leave and they were refusing.
2:32 p.m. — A caller from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported a transient on a red bike ran into the caller's vehicle. The caller checked to make sure the person was OK and purchased food for the person.

2:38 p.m. — A caller reported a road rage situation. The caller said the subject almost T-boned him, causing the caller to slam on his brakes. The caller pulled off and the subject stopped and yelled at the caller, slapping the caller's side mirror.
6:36 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a dog left in the back of a truck. The caller said the dog was cold.
7:57 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Mill Street reported his girlfriend's mother just came into the apartment and assaulted him and his girlfriend. The caller said the mother is not happy that he is dating her daughter and they are in love and this needs to stop.
8:49 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Sutton Way reported a transient man in the bathroom refusing to come out. The man bought beer and went in, then refused to leave and made odd comments. When the caller asked him to leave he said "unless you have guns and knives to shot and kill everyone, you can't help me."
9:33 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported "all kinds of noise" behind the store. The caller though there was someone possibly in the Dumpster. There was no one in the Dumpster. It appeared someone had thrown some dining room chairs in.

10 a.m. — A caller from Francis Drive reported an ongoing issue with peacocks coming into the yard.
10:36 a.m. — A caller form Monitor Court reported a piece of turf moved over a fence and a hat left on a pole overnight. The caller didn't want law enforcement responding to her address, she just wanted "to let us know."
Noon — A caller from Kirk Way reported theft of four wheels from the caller's vehicle.
12:38 p.m. — A caller from West Digger Hill Way reported someone on the property and making "ugly" statements.
3:02 p.m. — A person was stopped near the corner of Paddock Lane and McCourtney Road. A person was arrested on charges of failure to appear.
5:43 p.m. — A caller from Sugar Ridge Drive reported a neighbor cut down trees on the caller's property.
10:59 p.m. — A caller from Mississippi called to report his landlord routinely enters his Rough and Ready Highway residence while he's out of town as a cross-country truck driver.
