Nevada County police blotter: Buyer concerned vintage Star Wars figures possibly stolen

8:23 a.m. — A woman from the 200 block of Joerschke Drive reported the theft of a Honda Accord.
8:51 a.m. — A man reported finding a gun and was unsure if it was real. It was found to be an inoperable AirSoft gun and was destroyed at the man’s request.
10:29 a.m. — A man from a business on Nevada City Highway reported he was not given the correct change and was not given a refund.
11:02 a.m. — A caller from Iron Horse Place reported vandalism to a private property sign.
1:01 p.m. — A caller from Fairmont Drive reported vandalism to a vehicle.
1:32 p.m. — A caller from Dow Alexander Park reported a man throwing knives at a tree and a fence.
2:05 p.m. — A man from Idaho-Maryland Road and East Main Street reported he was hit by a vehicle while on his bicycle. He declined medical attention.
2:11 p.m. — A caller from Condon Park reported juveniles possibly en route to fight. No one was located. At 2:33 p.m., a caller from Memorial Park reported a large group of juveniles, possibly related to the earlier call.
6:13 p.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and West Empire Street reported a man driving a “rattlecan orange” 280Z at 80 mph.

8:13 a.m. — A woman from Walker Drive reported being in a physical fight with a man. He claimed he was the victim. The man was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, false imprisonment, spousal abuse, assault with a deadly weapon, making criminal threats, inflicting injury on a child and willful cruelty to a child, as well as violating probation.
12:40 p.m. — A caller reported a person from Nevada County selling $8,000 to $10,000 worth of potentially stolen Star Wars action figures from the 1970s online. The seller reportedly has a long history of theft, burglary and drugs.
12:54 p.m. — A person flagged down a deputy to report an assault.
1:54 p.m. — A caller from Deer Park drive reported the theft of a ring, a watch and several Susan B. Anthony coins.
3:56 p.m. — A woman reported a missing girl who did not come home on Monday. She was located at Condon Park.
4:41 p.m. — A caller from John Muir Lane reported the theft of jewelry.
10:26 p.m. — A caller from Reservoir Street reported a U-Haul with a lot of marijuana in the back.

2:38 p.m. — A caller from Maidu Avenue reported a physical fight in front of the Rood Center, involving two men. They could not be located.
6:56 p.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and Sacramento Street reported a vehicle trying to run a motorcycle off the road.
